1. Who we are

speakbites ("we", "us") is an independent project operated by an individual, based in Poland. Purchases are sold and fulfilled by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which handles checkout, payments, invoicing, and sales tax. 2. What we collect

Account details you provide (your email address, and password managed securely by our authentication provider); voice recordings you choose to submit for analysis; your course progress; and basic usage and device data collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use it

To provide the courses and the Speech Analyzer, to maintain your account and progress, to send service and early-access updates you opt into, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors we use

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service: Polar (our merchant of record, which handles checkout, payments, and billing data under its own privacy policy), Supabase (authentication and database), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data only to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove your personal data, except where we must retain records to comply with legal or tax obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@speakbites.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
