Refund Policy

Our promise

We want you to be happy with speakbites. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

How to request

Email support@speakbites.com with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond within 48 hours and to approve eligible refunds promptly.

Processing

Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Polar, and are returned to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement. When a refund is issued, access to the purchased courses is removed.
